COVID-19 Notice
Updated 11 May 2020 - Effective from 28 April 2020 Ultra Paints is operating in accordance with COVID-19 Level 3 regulations.
Orders must be placed using one of the following methods.
- Email sales@ultrapaints.co.nz
- Phone – sales rep numbers are below
- Online via thihs website - www.refinish.co.nz
For Trade customers, your sales rep will phone you daily to check your product requirements.
Once your products are ordered, they will be packaged and delivered to you.
In general,
- For Trade customers, Orders placed by 10:00am should be delivered to you the same day.
- For Trade customers, Orders placed after 10:00am will be delivered to you the following day.
- Deliveries that cannot be made directly by Ultra Paints personnel may take longer, as these will need to be sent by Courier.
As deliveries must be contactless, your delivery will be left outside your premises and we will phone you once the drop off has been made.
Under COVID-19 Level 3 rules, customers cannot enter Ultra Paints premises. Click and collect pickups are available. Please email us to confirm a pickup time.
