Issued by Refinish.co.nz ("Refinish"), these terms are effective from 1st February 2013. These terms cover the use of our website – refinish.co.nz. Use includes visits to our site, purchases on our site, participation in our database, specials, and promotions. Please read these terms carefully as these terms apply to you whenever you use our website.

We attempt to provide accurate information on this site. However, errors and omissions may occur. Refinish.co.nz ("Refinish") does not accept any liability, either direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any information, instruction, opinion, advice, error, oversight or omission contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.
Refinish reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice. Refinish makes no warranty about any fitness for purpose, merchantability, accuracy, availability, or freedom from computer virus of this web site.
Contracting with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order. This email signifies that a contract exists between us. We accept your order when you make payment for the order. In the unlikely event that any goods ordered are no longer available, we will advise that the goods are no longer available and refund your payment to your originating account. An order is placed on our website by selecting a product and adding it to the shopping cart, then proceeding through our checkout and payment process. During the checkout process you will enter delivery details and other information relevant to your order and payment. Your order will be confirmed on the final page of the checkout process. You will also receive an email confirming details of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that in our opinion may be fraudulent, dishonest or illegal.

All prices listed on www.refinish.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to change prices at any time for any reason.
Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. You can help to protect your details from unauthorized access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer. For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
We deliver to New Zealand addresses in the North Island and South Island only. Due to dangerous goods restrictions we regret that we are unable to undertake delivery to any offshore islands. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
A signature is required for all deliveries. This signature is your acceptance that the goods are delivered to you. This signature signifies that the goods are now the recipient's property and responsibility. In the event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within two business days by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
For large or bulk orders, we reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.
Delivery Target Times
For North Island deliveries, we endeavor to ensure that orders will be dispatched by courier within two to three business days of the order being placed. Please allow additional time (three to five business days) for delivery to rural and South Island addresses. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
Unopened, unused goods may be returned at your cost within 5 business days subject to written agreement by Refinish. We do not accept any returns after 5 days of delivery. Any returned goods will attract a 20% restocking fee.
Accessing our service
Other than connecting to the refinish.co.nos website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to refinish.co.nz website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on the refinish.co.nz websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way. Refinish.co.nz is intended to provide information for people accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering to receive e-mails from us.

Refinish.co.nz does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from the use of this site, including any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site.
